As fanatic beer lovers and industry veterans, our story started with a simple mission: to make every single draft beer taste and pour the same. We are committed to ‘pourfecting’ quality by monitoring key variables, like flavor and taste. We realized early on in the process that our Smart Draft System could also automate countless tedious processes behind the bar – including such factors as identifying and eliminating waste, tracking inventory and monitoring sales data.
With the blink of an eye, a side hustle turned into a rapidly growing business with partners across the world. BarTrack has an awesome team that we are lucky to call family. GJ is a respected key opinion leader for the Hospitality Industry and guides BarTrack’s strategy by leveraging his career as CEO of: Torchy’s Tacos, California Pizza Kitchen and Texas Roadhouse.
Greg brings decades of experience as a CFO of private and public companies. He was instrumental in driving the subscription model at XM Radio and growth in MedTech businesses.
Darrel combines his wealth of experience in the beverage industry at Coca-Cola with his background in marketing to facilitate BarTrack’s growth.
